From “Nobody Knows Us” to a Brand People Follow.

How a fire-safety brand went from unknown to 2,000+ views on one Instagram reel — and the AI character who helped get them there.

A single warm glowing violet ember of light in the dark surrounded by soft frosted-glass translucent shapes radiating outward, rendered in dark violet on a near-black background, representing a fire-safety brand rising into visibility

Every great client relationship starts somewhere. With LifeSafe Technologies, it started with a blank canvas: a genuinely world-first product — eco-friendly fire suppression fluid, the StaySafe All-in-1 extinguisher and StaySafe Lithium — and a brand the market hadn’t really met yet.

Where we started: the CI

Before the content could sing, the identity had to exist. We built LifeSafe’s master brand from the ground up: the visual identity, the messaging framework, and the tone that still governs everything today — “peace of mind over panic.”

Educational, never preachy. Warm, never corporate. Confident, reassuring, accessible.

From there, designer-ready outputs rolled out on the new system: brand statics, a StaySafe Lithium giveaway campaign, and one consistent visual language across every touchpoint.

Then we built the content engine

An abstract content-growth system in dark violet frosted glass — interconnected glowing violet nodes and rising bars and curves suggesting posts, reels and engagement growing over time
Educate first, sell second — then measure, learn and iterate on what the audience actually engaged with.

The strategy was simple: educate first, sell second. Seasonal relevance — July 4th safety, summer fire safety, October’s Fire Safety Month. Reels and statics that showed how fast a lithium-ion battery fire can start, and how simple protection can be.

We didn’t just post. We measured, learned, and iterated on what the audience actually engaged with.

Meet Frank

An abstract friendly AI-character presence — a softly glowing violet frosted-glass avatar orb with a warm approachable feel, rendered on a near-black violet background
Frank, the AI firefighter — a whole content system, not a one-off post.

The biggest bet: designing Frank, the AI firefighter character who became the friendly face of the brand on camera — straight-to-camera, educational, human.

Frank wasn’t a one-off post. We built a content system around him: video concepts, scripts, a “Who is Frank?” introduction to give the character context, and a real feedback loop — when the community pushed back, we listened, simplified, and kept him entertaining and easy to understand. In 2026 that character work advanced into the next generation of the concept.

Beyond the feed

The remit grew well past social:

  • Press releases built to publishing standardsincluding the Tomorrow’s FM Award announcement recognising the world-first MPF extinguisher developed with Trinity Fire & Security — with full SEO metadata.
  • Internal strategy: 90-day plans, content calendars, board-level reporting.
  • Even US TikTok Shop compliance readiness.

The numbers

MetricResult
A single post22,000+ impressions and a significant follower jump
Social performanceImpressions up over 280% (177,000+ in the period)
One Instagram reel2,000+ views and still climbing
Jan–Jul 2026 board report241,000+ impressions, ~5,000 interactions
Community builtNearly 14,000, across 554 posts, with a sharp UK/US focus

The takeaway

Brands don’t grow by accident. Identity, plus consistency, plus a character people actually like, plus the discipline to keep measuring — that’s the formula.

Frequently asked questions
Because content without an identity has nothing to be consistent to. We built LifeSafe’s visual identity, messaging framework and tone — “peace of mind over panic” — first, so every static, reel and press release afterwards spoke with one voice. That coherence is what lets a brand the market hasn’t met become recognisable quickly.
Frank is the AI firefighter character we designed as the friendly, straight-to-camera face of the brand — educational and human. A recurring character gives people a reason to come back, turns fire-safety education into something watchable, and builds familiarity faster than one-off posts. We built a whole system around him: concepts, scripts, a “Who is Frank?” introduction, and a feedback loop that refined him over time.
Over the period, social impressions rose more than 280% to 177,000+, a single post reached 22,000+ impressions with a significant follower jump, and one Instagram reel passed 2,000 views and kept climbing. The January–July 2026 board report recorded 241,000+ impressions, around 5,000 interactions and a community of nearly 14,000, built across 554 posts with a sharp UK/US focus.
No. The remit grew well beyond the feed: publishing-standard press releases with full SEO metadata (including the Tomorrow’s FM Award announcement for the world-first MPF extinguisher developed with Trinity Fire & Security), internal strategy work — 90-day plans, content calendars and board-level reporting — and even US TikTok Shop compliance readiness.
Both. LifeSafe began as a blank canvas — we built the master brand from the ground up before any content went out. We also grow and reposition established brands. The starting point changes; the formula — identity, consistency, a character or voice people connect with, and disciplined measurement — doesn’t.
